Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup prepared pesto sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water if wooden
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, cherry tomatoes, pesto sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Toss well to coat evenly
Thread chicken and tomatoes alternately onto skewers
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
