Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 can 10
- 75 oz condensed nacho cheese soup
- 1 can 10
- 75 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, shredded cheese, diced avocado, sour cream, and chopped cilantro for serving
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, combine diced chicken, nacho cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, onion, garlic, cumin, and chili powder
